7:00 a.m. – up and out, the slopes are waiting.
One of the best things about staying at the NIGHT INN Feldkirch? You’re almost straight on the mountain from the hotel lobby. A quick morning routine – shower, gear up, fuel up with breakfast – and you’re ready to go. Then it’s off to the train station, where ski rental is conveniently located right at your destination.
Today’s destination: St. Anton am Arlberg. The Railjet is right on time, the ride flies by, and just 45 minutes later we’re already there.
From here, skiers can choose between the Tyrolean side of the Arlberg or the legendary slopes of Lech Zürs. We tagged along with two of our guests, Johanna and Martin – in town for a conference, but not about to pass up the opportunity for a perfect winter day on the mountain.
The mountains are calling – and Martin and Johanna answer.
The Galzig and Valluga lifts take them higher and higher, the views already breathtaking. One run leads down to St. Christoph, then it’s back up to gain elevation for the next descent towards Arlenkopf and Alpe Rauz. Thanks to the modern Flexenbahn, all ski areas – from St. Anton to Zürs and Lech – are now perfectly connected.
“The fact that you can get to one of the best ski resorts in the Alps so easily is a huge advantage of staying at the NIGHT INN Hotel.”
